Welcome to checklescobill.pk (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Important: checklescobill.pk is not an official LESCO/PITC website. We do not generate or modify electricity bills. We only help you access your bill via the official billing portal and provide supporting tools and guidance.
1) Interpretation & Definitions
- Country: Pakistan
- Website / Service: The website available at https://checklescobill.pk/ and its tools/pages.
- User / You: Any person or entity accessing or using the Service.
- Content: Any text, images, data, links, or other material on or submitted to the Service.
- Personal Data: Information that identifies or can identify an individual (see our Privacy Policy).
2) Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
3) Non-Affiliation & Purpose
We are an independent, informational website. We do not represent LESCO, PITC, or any government entity. Logos and names belong to their respective owners. Our purpose is to assist users in reaching the official portal and to offer tools that make bill access easier.
4) Permitted Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) that impose unreasonable load or violate robots directives.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the Service’s source code (where not allowed).
- Upload or transmit malicious code (viruses, worms, trojans).
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or to harass/defame others.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.
5) Accounts
Generally, you do not need an account to use our Service. If we introduce account features, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
6) Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and improve the Service. By using the Service, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies via your browser; disabling some may affect functionality.
7) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Service and its original Content (excluding official third-party logos, marks, and content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.

9) Third-Party Links & Official Portals
The Service may include links to external websites (e.g., the official LESCO/PITC billing portal). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk; review their terms and privacy policies.
10) Bill Lookup & Data Handling
- When you use actions such as “Check Bill”, your Reference Number/Customer ID is sent directly to the official billing portal to fetch your bill.
- We do not store your bill or Reference Number/Customer ID on our servers.
- Any temporary preview (if shown) is session-based or anonymized/cached without personally identifying you and is cleared periodically.

11) Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Service available, accurate, and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
- Any defects will be corrected;
- The content is complete, current, or accurate; or
- External links/portals will remain available or unchanged.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed PKR 5,000 or the amount you paid to use the Service in the three months preceding the claim—whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your:
(a) use of the Service; (b) breach of these Terms; or (c) violation of any law or third-party rights.
15) Linking to Our Site
Organizations such as government agencies, search engines, news organizations, online directories, internet portals, professional firms, and educational/trade associations may link to our home page if the link:
(a) is not deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement; and (c) fits the context of the linking site.
Others may request linking permission by emailing contact@checklescobill.pk with the linking URL(s) and target page(s). We may approve or deny at our discretion and may revoke permission at any time.
16) iFrames
You may not create frames around our pages or otherwise alter the visual presentation of the Service without our prior written consent.
17) Content Liability (Your Site)
We are not responsible for content appearing on websites that link to us. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from content on your site. No link should appear on any page that is unlawful, libelous, obscene, or infringing.
18) Takedowns & Removals
If you believe any link or content on our Service is offensive, unlawful, or infringes your rights, please contact contact@checklescobill.pk with details. We will consider requests but are not obligated to remove content unless required by law.
19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts located in Lahore, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
