LESCO serves Lahore, Okara, Sheikhupura, Nankana, and Kasur districts, operating multiple operation circles with divisional/sub-divisional offices and customer care centres for billing corrections, meter applications, and complaint handling.
Government guidance notes that Customer Care Centres exist at Sub-Division, Division, Circle, and HQ levels to facilitate corrections, new connections, and complaints.
